I would suspect the coconut milk (I am assuming you used canned or powdered). I am allergic to casein and I've actually seen casein as an ingredient on a few varieties of powdered coconut milk. Perhaps it had gluten in it? Not sure why a manufacturer would add that in though.

Well, the only correlation I am seeing "so far" is that LC is more correlated to polyps than is CC (or is it that we don't have many CC members on this board answering my poll? I should have had answers that covered this aspect!)

I wonder if there is such a correlation? Research seems to speculate ...
