Yup - we can definitely all relate to that experience, Laura. I've had moments like that when I am out running and I can't decide if that is better or worse. It's rough no matter how you look at it. But you survived and lived to tell, and of course, are not alone. :)

Hi Ant & Zizzle! Thank you for the welcome and your stories. It definitely gives me hope and comfort. I am feeling a bit better now, and have appts with docs lined up. It feels good to have some sort of action or plan to take. We'll see if any of them pan out.
