I am new to all of this and I also have Interstitial Cystitis, for which I have a limited diet. After reading your list of foods, I think I will just live on bread and water.

Thank you for all your help. The IC is very much under control since I have had it for so long, but the new disease has me baffled and trying to figure out what foods I can and can't eat. Lymphocytic Colitis and Interstitial Cystitis
Does anyone in this group have both microscopic colitis and interstitial cystitis. I was just diagnosed with lymphocytic colitis and have interstitial cystitis for a very long time.
