Yes, Tex, some nuts bother me. I have given up peanuts because they are considered legumes, and almonds which came up as an issue for me. I recently tried sunflower seeds and they gave me such rapid pain, gas and D, it was surprising. Pecans, walnuts, and cashews don't seem to be an issue.

How frustrating. Perhaps you can look into a probiotic to add to your regiment? Sometimes we have to add in probiotics to get the flora in our intestines balanced again after having taken antibiotics.
