So i have been GF/DF for the last year and right now we are redoing our kitchen so i cant bake my GF bread and i need my bread.

O.k so I havent touched dairy since being diagonsed and even before.
I am wondering when you reach remission can you eat dairy for instance that is in a cake or something just not eat the milk/cheese/butter etc but in another food, so that give the same bad results?

I only seem to have problems also in research rembering the theory behind everything I did maybe a month earlier so not sure if that is the same thing.
its a pain but i have no problem rembering irrelevant info about some celebrity, pathethic!!!!!

I eat the earth balance butter the one with soy in it all the time and never have a problem so I am wondering is it just the fiber content that killed me, never again!!!!!!!

Its been now over a year since I got MC and decided yesterday to have my favourite homemade lentil soup with mixed veggis for the first time in a year,.
i have been doing well lately wth no issues.
anyway, within 4 hours, i was in misery, cramps nauseous an of course D.

good idea, i stopped taking supplements a while ago, i just started taking calcium with vit D3 today, maybe i should just add a multivitamin on top of it.

O.k so i have noticed my hair is very dry lately and it looks like a hoses mane although it feels fine, anyone notice dry hair with this disease and what do you do about it?
i am not taking any supplements these days.

thanks for all the replies, its just interesting to hear everyones story.
For me, I didnt take NSAID's or any of that, ate very healthy but am Type A personality, highly strung, stressed out so something had to give.
