I went out shopping today without eating first. I was gone longer than expected and really got hungry. I was close to the health food store, so I ran in to get a bag of my favorite rice chips. They were out of my usual plain ones, but they had some flavors. I grabbed a bag of the fiesta lime, thinking I can have lime. On the way home I devoured half of the bag. About an hour later, I felt that familiar rumble. Sure enough, when I looked at the ingredients, there was MILK in big bold letters. What was I thinking not reading the ingredients! Aways read the ingredients is my new mantra!
I hope everyone is doing well today!
Hugs,

Denise,
That seems to be true of most brands of chips. The plain versions are often fine, but the flavored versions typically have an ingredient list as long as your arm, and they usually contain a milk derivative, gluten, or MSG, or soy, or . . .? It's as if once they start adding ingredients, they don't know when to quit.
I hope you're past the worst of it by now.
Hugs,
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
