I've never used it, but it should be safe. The inactive ingredients are: Acesulfame Potassium, Croscarmellose Sodium, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Flavor, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid.
The acesulfame potassium might be a problem for some members, since that's an artificial sweetener.
