BACK from FAMILY REUNION

The best time anyone can have------

We all met in COLORADO where Debbie lives---Me---Lou---Lynn and Kaitlyn flew there---Doug,my son, and his wife Lori drove in from Arizona--It is such a beautiful place------

Lynn and Kaitlyn stayed at Deb's---while lou and I---along with Doug and Lori --had rooms at LaQuinta Inn----which have the best beds I ever did sleep on----straight threw the nite--awakening in the same position!!!!

We had adjoining rooms with Doug and Lori---

Of course the pool had our bodies most of the time Xcept when the ba-booms started and the rain came----a daily thing --but yet all did get some nice coloring---

and then we did some sight seeing---which is always fun----but the most wonderful of all was going to the RED ROCKS AMPHITHEATRE to see--in person, SARAH MCLACHLAN----she was superb---and the band including----
but tell ya---i am not used to walking up all those stone steps---huffing and puffing-----and some young twit says to me *cant U move any faster??
Needless to say, Lou gave me a *pinch* which meant *keep ya mouth shut----but I couldnt resist to reply----Honey when U get to my age U will be thrilled to accomplish what I have just done----she looked at me and *by golly* she smiled and said *I am sorry*--U are doing dam good!!!
It was a wonderful performance---

But the most wonderous feeling was being with my kids----Douglas---Debbie and Lynn---and grandaughter Kait---who still has some bad times but she was thrilled with all that we did--

So home again--and tis true---*time does fly when one is having a grand time*

Do hope everyone one is doing better with all issues-----

Y'all do your reunions right - that's why everyone has such a great time. Your description is always almost as good as being there.

the weirdest thing - every so often I would ask *where is Robert? or just add his name to the conversation~~~~~it sorta gave me the shivers and I asked L. why am I doing this and of course the simplest answer from Lou----*cus he is always with U*---and remember--not a coincidence --A GOD'S WINK---

What a wonderful reunion. I love what Lou said, about "always with you" - I think we can't understand that until we truly experience it. What wonderful memories...

I definitely missed your posts and the reunion sounds wonderful. Time with family is something to so cherish. That's coming from one who has hardly any and at times I think I like it that way.

Red Rocks is the best!!!!! And yes, the steps are tough!
