Thank you for the input re Uncle Ben's rice, Tex. The arborio rice I have isn't Uncle Ben's and I will look at their website for GF info.

Re: Potato Chips There is a half full bag of Cape Cod Kettle Cooked Potato Chips in the pantry. These are really crispy. I'll have to try the Lays when these are gone. We bought them at Costco so the bag is supersized just like I'll be if I keep eating them. I gave up eating potato chips years ago, too fattening and greasy and I'm not addicted to these yet.
