Hi everyone,
I was poking around the Internet tonight looking to learn more about gluten intolerance and GF foods, etc. I hit upon www.celiac.com/glutenfreemall. It's a gold mine if you don't have to avoid dairy. If you have both issues like most of us with MC/CC/LC do, it's still a struggle. Yet, I figure that if these products are GF, then I can search them for DF. I did dig further and found that they have a search tool where you can click on ingredients you don't want in the product and the search will result in a narrower selection of products. www.celiac.com/glutenfreemall/advanced_search.php

THanks for the link!
I went to the celiac website a few days ago and ordered their book of all things Gluten. My GI told me to go to the celiac website and order their GF book, which I did. It wasn't cheap but I'm GF for life and I had better know what is acceptable and what is not.
