Well I am certainly happy I called Lance about my constant RUNS after his adjustment!!!! adding that today they are subsiding!!! but I always feel like a chicken complaining when body issues change!!!

ANYWAY---was meant to be caused he answered the phone---
After telling him---first thing he said----```Barbara before I adjusted U, I asked how your back was doing and if U REMEMBER U POINTED your FINGER at ME and said---Lance dont U dare touch that L-1 area or as U put it--dont touch MY CEMENTED VERTERBRE and I didnt go near that area----what has happened to U NOW can be that your body--was in need of being aligned--especially after having back surgery--everything could have been mis-aligned -also being in a cast for 6 weeks-etc. !!! Surgery causes many changes to a body and I agree that all these diuretics arent the best way to go----specially if as U put it *hard to shi* out a brick* and he was laughing--

And as the *fine* chiropractor that I know him to be he added---*it will be up to U if U feel the need to come in every few months*

So I now feel better BECAUSE I finally made a decision ALL BY MY SELF!!!!!
Let me tell U , my dear friends, I AM CHICKEN LITTLE--and I argue left and right with MYSELF--by the time I make a decision --I forgot what I was deciding ON!!!! Thats why I drive Mr. Louie NUTZ!!!!

thanks again for reading---I found this decision a big step in my *matured life*
