Multi Vitamins
I want to start taking a one-a-day vitamin. Of course one that is soy, gluten, dairy, yeast etc... free. Any suggestions??
Thanks

Hi Jenny,
I order from freeda vitamins online. They are free of my sensitivities (which I have a lot of!). Check out www.freedavitamins.com.

I take Geri-Freeda because I'm a senior citizen. Geri-Freeda doesn't have much calcium, so I also get their Cal-Citrate Plus D. Many of us order the Vitamin D3 tablets, also.
You're much younger, of course, so you would need something different, depending on how restricted your diet is.

You never know what you can do until you have to do it.
