Between these 2 probiotics - which one?

I am getting ready to order a new probiotic and can't decide which would be best at this point of these two. Renew Life Ultimate Flora Critical Care 50 Billion (I've read good reports on this), and, Culturelle (also, good reports).

Hi, Garina!
On advice from the members of this wonderful forum, I began taking GF/DF Culturelle while I was having a flare about a month ago; within about 3 days, no more D! I've continued taking it, although it's a bit pricey, but I've found coupons for it online. So far so good! I haven't tried Renew Life, but Culturelle is great!

Pat, I'm so glad you told me, because it's hard to know which ones work for MC. I read some input from a UC forum and people there have stated both are really good.

I buy DF Culturelle from The Vitamin Shoppe for $15.04 online. That price is up to $10 off prices I've seen in retail stores.

I just bought two packages and didn't have to pay any shipping. If you live near a Vitamin Shoppe store, they will honor the online price, and you don't need to pay shipping of course.

I'm glad you mentioned the Vitamin Shoppe. I use to buy from them all the time and stopped. Their prices are a lot lower and we have one right in NH.

Garina, I also take Culturelle, it came very highly recommended. The one I take is gluten and diary free.

I just ordered. I did call the 800 number for Culturelle, and they said all their Culturelle is GF.
