Interesting experiences with topical magnesium

Earth Clinic is an amazing website to learn about time-honored natural remedies. I was looking up athlete's foot and molloscum contagiousum for a friend, and lo and behold, Apple Cider Vinegar is a cure for both! I looked up colitis and found collagenous colitis. I was hoping to find the magic cure there, but instead found a post written by me last October!! Oh well.

This post about using magnesium oil gives me pause. It's not something to be entered into lightly, but it can be helpful in many ways.
