That was excellent, thanks! A great tool if you're trying to convince family to try the GF diet. I'm hoping my hubby listens to the whole thing. His mom is GF and autoimmune issues run rampant in the family.

I thought this was great, too - my husband did listen, Z. (And hats off to your MIL - I knew she had tried GF, but didn't realize she'd been sticking with it this long. Nice work, Z!)

I even emailed it to a friend. After I hit send, I wondered whether I had pushed my luck... we shall see.

My parents listened to thsi podcast, their first one ever, and decided to do a trial of no wheat. It's much easier to do in Guatemala than here. I'll let you know if they see vast improvement in their overall wellbeing!
