that is part of the psychology behind the switch. after feeling poorly for a long time, when you eliminate the ingredients that cause you issues, you will have less symptoms and feel alot better, you dont want to have the ingredients that make you feel like crap

attaining wellness and minimising symptoms is worth it.

Thanks for the link. I believe that I have that article saved to my hard drive, but I had forgotten that it has the fructose/glucose amounts. I won't be testing until my symptoms settle down a bit.
