Sorry but my url didn't work the first time and when I went back to edit it the whole message disappeared.
I was getting ready to reorder my Carlson Lab fish oil when I got an email from Vitamin Shoppe about a sale
on theirs (buy one, get one 50% off). They're already quite a bit cheaper than Carlson's ($19.99 versus $33.95) and are very similar though Carlson's has Vitamin E and 1600 mg Omega 3 versus 1500 mg for V.S. Has anyone ever tried it? It appears to be safe. http://apps.edf.org/page.cfm?tagID=16536 The few reviews they have indicate the taste is okay too. Here's the site http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/search/en/ ... RI1109_PVs
Sorry it's still messed up but you can get there.

Hi Deb,
I stopped taking the fish oil gel caps and began taking Carlson's liquid fish oil last week. I did as Sara suggested and began with only 1/4 teasp. I got the orange flavor and put it in my smoothie. So far, so good. I paid $24.89 for a 6.7 oz bottle at my local health food store. I do get a 20% discount. Being a "senior" has its perks. lol
