It is good to hear that eventually I'll get better at knowing what ingredients are safe to bring together to cook a meal. Right now I'm experimenting. I tried Quinoa salad this week. It was yummy but the gluten-free grains did not digest well. Applesause is my mainstay these days so I'm thinking of trying homemade apple bake next. It's taken a while to give away all my unsafe food from my cupboards and now it's research to figure out what to stock up on. Any favorite staples you recommend?
