It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
It is such a treat having you as a regular member of this family. You always find the time to provide advice and support to a struggling member and to keep us posted on your successes and failures. May this be the year that your gut calms down. For once and for all.

Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
You're such a wonderful friend and companion to all of us on this MC journey - I hope your birthday and this upcoming year will bring much love and warmth and kindness back to you (along with perhaps a re-tolerated food or two... fingers crossed!).
Hope you're having a wonderful birthday Gloria. I soooo wish for you that the coming year will bring you the gift of an expanded diet, with or without entocort. It is a privilege to know you through the PP family, as you give so much of yourself to all of us here. Wishing you all the best today and every day!!!
Love and hugs,
Kari

I had a rather uneventful day because DH had to work and then went to a meeting afterward. But I went shopping with DD#1 for a couple of hours - that's always fun!
I'm looking forward to going to DD#2's in Utah in a couple of weeks. Checking out the fall foilage in the country in the meantime...
