Well, it's easy to make a mistake like that - I've done the same thing myself, because some companies bill charges under a completely diffierent name, and when it shows up on your card, you think, "What the . . . I didn't order anything from them"! 
This web site is the same way, for example - the domain name doesn't have anything to do with microscopic colitis, so a lot of people who stumble across it probably think, "What the heck could some farm possibly have to do with MC?
