Gabes, where on earth did you find it? I need some! NEED!

I also want some ice cream. I LOVE ice cream. I am an addict and have been in withdrawal. Not being able to eat it in the summer is a hardship for me.

Pay more? My groceries budget is shot to hell! Everything gluten free, organic, free range, grass fed, wild is so expensive. I really resent to gluten free being 2-3 times more expensive than regular. They have us over a barrel and they exploit it horribly.

Still, I got hold of some Udi's bread today, and really enjoyed it. It tasted ALMOST like bread!

it is a bit tricky for me to try and search USA retailers that sell it (my google defaults to au web pages even though i filtered for USA only ggggrrrr)

I used to buy it online from an online GF retailer, now there is an awesome shop 5 mins from my house that stocks a huge range of products for multiple intolerance

check out your online GF or Vegan retailers first, ummm not sure if wholefoods stock it. Its not cheap, but it is worth it!

It is Bonvita - it is made in europe
it is organic and vegan plus being GF/DF/SF

FWIW, I wasn't able to turn up a U. S. retailer with a quick search.
