It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
I was just looking at your avatar photo and thought you'd be interested to know that we have signed our golden retriever up for dog obedience classes and that one of the other classmates will be a 4 mo. old dauschund (sp?) named Apollo. Should be a hoot! We start in Nov. - I'll keep you posted.
Hugs,
Polly
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
Happy Birthday Karen. Sorry I'm late to the party and hope you had a good one. Wishing you the best of health and lots of happiness!!!

Polly, good luck with that 4 month old Dachshund! I hope it doesn't disrupt your class too much. My dachshund turns 4 years old tomorrow and she is just starting to settle down and act like a reasonable dog. I love dachshunds (this one is my second) but they can definitely be a handful.
Thank you all for the birthday wishes. I went out to dinner for the first time since changing my diet, and I was thrilled that I was able to find something I liked, eat it, and suffer no ill effects afterward. I think I'm starting to get the hang of this, and that's the best birthday present ever.
