Thanks for dredging up that classic! It always makes me laugh hysterically!

BTW, did you ever get back to that book about the relaxation response? When you mentioned it recently, I went back and re-read it. It is quite remarkable and may actually be an important key to our wellness.

I haven't yet, Polly, but I still mean to. I do think of it a lot, and monitor my breathing and whether I have tightened my shoulders, my eyes, etc. What I really appreciate about that book is how scientific it is. It's not smoke and mirrors but true unbiased research, studies, and results. It is very encouraging! I totally agree with you that it can be an important key to our wellness because I don't think that we are good at realizing just how stressed we are.
