My son and I went to the farmer's market we like near here. In the PRE-MC days both of us would eat brunch at a great diner nearby, and then go marketing. Nowadays he eats, I watch.

There was a new stall today. Stone Ground Rustic Chocolate by Chocovivo. You can get chocolate from 100% - 65%. Wonderful flavors. Cherry almond, which I tasted before I saw the almond. Hope it will be OK. The chocolate is fantastic!
There are some spicy ones for those who like and can eat spice.

The one I go is Coffee and Vanilla. 65% cacao, coffee beans, vanilla bean pods, unrefined cane sugar. That's IT. No soy lecitin, dairy free. And it's fresh.

Worth a look!

I have some pecans, so I combined a bit of the chocolate with a pecan. Flavor explosion!

Lesley, have you tried the chocolate bliss ball recipe that is in Dee's Kitchen section? I think it was posted by Bifcus. They are just walnuts, dates, cocoa, coconut oil, salt, and vanilla. Delicious!

Love,

Nope, I haven't. I will have to substitute pecans for walnuts.

You know, I will end up by cooking a lot of these things, and will put ON weight because of this darn illness!
