Pistachios work well for me. Since we seem to be like Mrs. & Mrs. Jack Spratt... that might mean they're absolutely wrong for you - but you could put them on your list for a gentle attempt. There are so many foods not provable by either MRT or Enterolab - which we must carefully evaluate on our own. It is easier to do this when the flames of reactivity are turned down...

I think nuts and sometimes even nut butters are best held off until the gut has had some time to heal. I'm still not able to eat them without having problems.

I have no idea what it causing a reaction. None. Right now I am in C mode, SUPER bloated, and so uncomfortable. Cramping, but nothing is happening. I need to go to bed, but the GERD is not letting me.
