Pistachios work well for me. Since we seem to be like Mrs. & Mrs. Jack Spratt... that might mean they're absolutely wrong for you - but you could put them on your list for a gentle attempt. There are so many foods not provable by either MRT or Enterolab - which we must carefully evaluate on our own. It is easier to do this when the flames of reactivity are turned down...
