I checked the Gluten Free Overflow and didn't see it. I will check further. Maybe it's not updated.

Maggie, thank you for warning me. When I fell yesterday I didn't realize that I hurt my bad shoulder. I have a rotator cuff injury and have even more limited ROM.
My back is killing me. I need to go to the pool, but not to move my shoulder much in the water. I am a WRECK!

Harma - I am ONLY eating animal protein and potatoes. Nothing else. barely any spices. It's pretty awful!

Gayle - as a therapist I am. of course, aware of PPS. When I first learned about it 35 years or so ago, I started looking into it. After many years of trying, with docs, to figure it out, I finally found an expert in the field (horrible man), who said I do NOT have it. I am not sure if he is right, but I have never pursued it further. I have so much else to deal with.

Zizzle - The turkey bacon is gluten free. Thanks for the warning.
