Flax and Fennel seed for GERD?

Post by Lesley »

There was an article in the paper yesterday, given to me by a friend saying that Flax seed tea is an antidote to GERD. I have used boiled flax seed as a gel for my hair. It's very effective. The idea of drinking it is a bit off putting, but since the GERD is SO bad I will try anything.

How you are supposed to take the fennel seed? Dunno.

Any ideas about this?

I've seen fennel-seed tea, from Alvita brand. I know someone who swears by it.
