I know people are managing to eat mild white fish. What about salmon? I have a freezer full of wild salmon, bought during the season and frozen for the winter.
Also, I LOVE fish soups made with a variety of sea foods. Has anyone had problems with shrimp, scallops, etc.

Hi Lesley,
With all of my numerous sensitivities, I have been able to tolerate any and all seafood, including shellfish and salmon. Thank goodness, since I live in the Chesapeake Bay region. Seafood was my only MRT category that showed no sensitivities. Please feel free to share your fish soup recipes.
Hugs,
Polly

Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
OK, I am going to try it! Thanks for answering me!
Living where you live and having to give up seafood would be adding insult to injury indeed.
The bouillabaisse I love has tomatoes in it, so I will adapt it without tomatoes and let you know.
Next time I am at WF I will buy some fish bones, heads etc, and a bunch of fist to make it. I get it right I will let you know.
I LOVE seafood, so that will make up for a few of the foods I have to give up.
