the cook kind or the instant jell-o gluten free? and if so, has anyone tried making it w/ almond or rice milk?

Yes, jello should be GF. I've eaten it. I only make it with water. Didn't know you could use anything else.

I was actually questioning the Jell-o pudding mixes? not the regular jello. Unless that's what you were talking about?

that's okay..i googled it and it seems to be fine. It's Kraft so I think they are usually pretty good with listing ingedients.

I've used the instant lemon pudding many times in my GF bundt cakes with no problem.
Resolved MC symptoms successfully w/L-Glutamine, Probiotics and Vitamins, GF since 8/'09. DX w/MC 10/'09.

I wonder if I could make chocolate pudding with almond milk? I would love to try the pie crust recipe that Gabes posted and make chocolate cream pie. In my family, it isn't Christmas without at least one chocolate cream pie. Has anyone tried making chocolate (or any other flavor) pudding with almond milk?
