I actually tried the technique this afternoon before going Christmas shopping, because I wanted to "move things"

and not get stuck having to go to a public bathroom. It worked like a charm

(another useful tool for the growing MC tool chest :)).

Kari,
That is so similar to what this chiropractor did on me last year. His speciality is the digestive system. I think this is another great tool. I sure hope Leslie sees it.
