Your test results are interesting. It sounds like you had already suspected some of them.

I would be suspicious of legumes since you're eating peanut butter and pinto beans and tested sensitive to soy. Green beans are also legumes if you decide to do a trial elimination.

Yes, they are. Here's a list of legumes:

Fish,

Wow, interesting results! So even after being GF/DF/SF, you're still unquestionably positive for all of them, plus a bunch of other stuff. If you're still that miserable, I'd go ahead and cut out the stuff you tested positive for. Yes, it could be the legumes--or it could be yeast, or chicken...I know it sounds extreme, but if you take everything out and you feel better, then you can test one at a time and see what you can tolerate and what you can't. It doesn't necessarily mean you'll never be able to eat any of that stuff, but until your system calms down, ALL of it might irritate you.

FWIW, I got my results this week and had a high negative for soy (9), which I really think would have been positive a few months ago, before I cut almost all soy out of my diet. I tried peanut butter again after avoiding it for a couple of months, and it settled much better with me this time. I'm thinking legumes might just be one of those "in moderation" categories for me from now on.

Hope you're able to figure out some things, now that you have your test results, and that you're feeling better really soon!
Cynthia
