Cookbook that may interest you

Post by maestraz »

We have a friend whose sister is Beth Hillson, founder of Gluten Free Pantry, and president of the American Celiac Disease Alliance. I saw her today, and she told me about a cookbook she has out, available through Amazon and Barnes & Noble, called Gluten Free Makeovers. She invited me to be a test subject for her GF/DF recipes! I had to say yes!!

I haven't had time to preview the cookbook, but thought others might like to know about it.

Hi Suze,

I have that cookbook and I like it. I do wish there were more dairy free and soy free recipes. But I have learned to do a lot of substitutions so it works for me.

Good luck on being in the study. Let me know how it goes for you.
