Goats milk
Merry Christmas everyone! I hope everyone had a nice holiday, whichever one you celebrate :) I did very well with the ghee on Xmas eve with my lobster, I was so excited! Now I am curious about goats milk...I remember testing high on my Elisa for cows milk and casein but, remember not having any sensitivity to goats milk? Do you think it's worth a shot?
Hi Jenny,
Maybe, but I believe that most people here who are sensitive to cow's milk have found that they are also sensitive to goat's milk, unfortunately.
I don't recall if anyone has actually been able to successfully make that substitution. And unfortunately, the only way to find out, is to try.
If you decide to try it, good luck, and please let us know how it turns out.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Jenny,
I'm so glad the ghee worked for you too. I used it yesterday in everything that called for butter. I only use almond milk myself. I buy the Silk original brand and also make my own. I noticed if I use the Silk brand in my mashed potatoes the leftovers are a grey color. It doesn't change the flavor though. If I use the one I make that doesn't happen. Must be something that is added to it.
