For several decades, Carnation Instant Breakfast was my default breakfast, also, because it was quick and easy, and kept me going until noon. Unfortunately, I was never able to find anything safe, to replace it.

Products such as Ensure, Boost, Encore, etc., are advertised to provide all sorts of nutrients and energy for people who need a supplement, but unfortunately they're loaded with numerous ingredients to which virtually all of us are sensitive.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Carnation Instant Breakfast was my default breakfast for years, too. Hmmm... sounds like a challenge someone should take up--making a substitute we could, or most of us could have!
