I am not taking any. When I tried fish oil capsules they made me sick. Does anyone know of one that won't do that?
I am taking a B12, though not sublingual, calcium carbonate and potassium gluconate in powder form, and folic acic.
Do I need to take anything else?

Flax Seed Oil is an option. It normally doesn't cause the laxative effect so often associated with flax seeds. But, of course, YMMV. Omega-3 oils similar to fish oil include Borage Oil, and Krill Oil.
Of course, I assume that you're not concerned about a laxative effect anyway, but in general, any laxative effect of such oils is dosage-dependent.
Nausea was a big problem for me when I was reacting, but now I take a 1,200 mg capsule of each of Flax Seed Oil and Fish Oil, daily, with no problems.
Vitamin D is always a good idea, especially for someone who has an IBD. With C, rather than D, you may not be having the malabsorption issues that most of us have, so you may not be as short on most vitamins as many of us seem to be.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
What's YMMV?
Although I am exposed to a LOT of sunshine year round, living in CA does that, I take plenty of Vit D.
I will try Flax oil. I was taking it before MC, but discontinued it when the D started. I am so nervous of fish oil. I eat a lot of fish, but am not sure that it's enough.
I will give fish oil another try. Thanks Tex!

YMMV = Your Mileage May Vary
It takes approximately 48 hours for the skin conversion of sunlight to vitamin D, to be completed. Of course, some of it will be converted earlier in the process, but it takes about 48 hours to get the full benefit. Most people these days, wash off the chemical oils long before the conversion can be completed, thereby losing much/most of the vitamin D potential of the sun.
You're most welcome,
Tex
