Glad you had a good time, and managed to enjoy a few foods. Sorry about the cold. Couldn't you get some Vit D in SLC?

If you were looking up to see the mountains your daughter's house must be in the valley. We lived on the benches, and the inversion was usually below us (the demarcation was extremely clear), but the sulfa smell from the salt lake would be awful. I found that, as long as it WASN'T snowing too much driving up into the mountains relieved my breathing. Not too high, but getting clear air was good.

March is usually lovely there. Not too cold, and before the summer heat. April, of course, is better because it's spring.

Disneyland at Christmas - disaster IMO. So many people! Both of them.
We took my granddaughter last summer. I can't walk around so had to be in a wheelchair, although they do have scooters to rent. It helped us get through the lines, so the silver lining was very much with us.
Maybe your daughter needs to visit you for Christmas?

Welcome back Gloria! Glad you made out okay. I was at Disneyland I think around July 2nd of 2011 from about 4:00 till Midnight. It was slammed with people (compared to Disneyworld in Orlando.) On the plus side they sell apples and healthierish food at the stands compared to what I remember from decades ago.
Happy New Year! Brandy
