Hi Belle,

I had terrible random joint and muscle pain issues at least a year prior to my CC dx- after 5 years of a good diet I'm controlling those issues with diet alone.

It can be done!

Zizzle read this about connective tissue diseases, if you have not already seen it.

Tex,
For some reason I only saw this now.
I don't know what to say about my doc. I think it will be hard for me to find anyone more open in Kaiser. I just have to work on getting better alone. If the pain on eating doesn't improve I will simply have to go to the ER and make like I am deathly ill for someone to take some notice.
I love the tip of the day.

Thanks Brandy. I particularly want to know about the veggies.

WOw, Joanna,
That article really makes me think!! Could my joint hypermobility, MVP, bruising and other almost life-long symptoms be related to life-long gluten intolerance and nutritional deficiencies and not specific genes?? Very interesting.

Belle I have had joint pain for years and looking back the joint pains were related to early GI symptoms prior to be diagnosed with MC. Now when I have a flare it is almost always combined with joint and muscle pains.

Over time as I have changed my diet, that has helped quite a bit.
