I have been reading on the Enterolab web site about their different tests and prices.
I am wondering which tests would be the best place to start. Can anyone give me their suggestions?
Thank you.
Paula

Paula,
I guess it depends on what concerns you most. The Panel A tests for the "big 4" that most of us react to, and it can give you some definite answers about the most likely culprits. If you have children, you might want to do the genetic test as well--I have three children and wanted to know if I had inherited any gluten-sensitive genes I could pass on to them (I found out I have two DQ1 genes, which predispose for gluten sensitivity). The test for the other 11 antigenic foods might be more helpful if you did the "big 4" first, if you eliminated those foods you tested positive for but weren't seeing results. I personally opted for Panel B, which gave me the information I needed most without being prohibitively expensive.
Hope that helps!
