I'm baking my own bread now with Pamela's Bread Mix. It blows Udi's away and the family even likes it!! I can't believe I waited this long to try baking. It's easy!! Just mix the ingredients in a stand mixer for 3 minutes, plop it into the bread pan, let it sit for an hour, then bake. And it's cheaper than a loaf of ready-made GF cardboard! But I still keep frozen Udi's around.

You can buy the mix in bulk or in loaf-sized packets. At $5 per package, you get a much larger loaf of soft, moist, tasty bread compared to Udi's.

Zizzle - Thank you for the recommendation on the bread. I am already excited about trying it. Although I was never a huge carb person, I am finding I really do miss bread.
