mast cell/histame/antihistamine question

After some informative conversations with the ever so wonderful Tex, I def thinking i have a mast cell issue going on...To any of you who have or have had some issues with mast cells could you please help me out and give me some guidance/advise? Do you take benedryl, zyrtec or claritin daily or before meals? I also saw this online and was curious to know if anyone has tried it..

I have taken Zyrtec, Claritin, Histame and Benadryl. The only one that seems to help me is 1/2 pill of Benadryl before I go to bed. I've taken Histame 15 minutes prior to eating a food high in histamine (chocolate, tomato, banana), but it doesn't seem to help. Benadryl has prevented mouth sores from forming and has firmed up my BMs. I need to test some foods to see if it allows me to eat some additional foods.

Thanks for your experience and for the link to that thread. I am going to try it this weekend...
