Me too, Gabby, which makes it even more interesting for me on a personal level, as when I had an intestinal blockage my surgeon told me that there was scar tissue that had completely kinked off the edge of a loop, that must have been one easily visible piece of scar tissue.

So that's what happened to me
Although I was lucky they were able to do the surgery through 3 small incisions and one larger one.
It was a laparoscopic procedure as described in this article

The procedure in the video was a fully open field surgery.
It's no wonder it hurt though LOL
