update of Doctor visit
Well, as I suspected and as you all said, It it mostly stress. He also said My allergies are in Hyper Mode. He doesn't believe I need anti-biotics but is an option if needed. I was told to rinse sinuses and he gave me a sinus pill. He upped the dosage on My axiety pill (short term) He gave me something for the nausea. and predneson for 5 days 2 x day. My nasal passages are swollen, but no sign of infection.
He also said because of the cancer issue with mike to find a distraction, I ordered a kindle fire so I can read and play games. He said he understood my MC issues and would work with me on it. My family will also try to help me with alone time. Thanks all

I agree - your doctor sounds as though his heart and his head are in the right place. Good for him.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
