update of Doctor visit

Post by GF-aka Oma »

Well, as I suspected and as you all said, It it mostly stress. He also said My allergies are in Hyper Mode. He doesn't believe I need anti-biotics but is an option if needed. I was told to rinse sinuses and he gave me a sinus pill. He upped the dosage on My axiety pill (short term) He gave me something for the nausea. and predneson for 5 days 2 x day. My nasal passages are swollen, but no sign of infection. :doctor: He also said because of the cancer issue with mike to find a distraction, I ordered a kindle fire so I can read and play games. He said he understood my MC issues and would work with me on it. My family will also try to help me with alone time. Thanks all

Oma,

Your doctor sounds like he understands your situation and is willing to work with you. I hope you can follow his suggestions and be able to reduce your stress by having some unwinding time.

I agree - your doctor sounds as though his heart and his head are in the right place. Good for him.

Oma - I have just met you. My heart goes out to you in this situation.
Hold your great grandson and cuddle him. Playing with a baby is, for me, the ultimate stress breaker. You can't help smiling, and smiling already makes you feel better.
