wish I could contribute to taste --saying YUMMY

Post by barbaranoela »

not to be boring but as I have already stated--and will state agin--I have no sense of smell and the worst is no sensation of TASTING--which I so dearly wish I could---
Eating is very boring to me----non tasting is a killer---

I dig into my ice-cream *thinking* the flavor but just savoring the cold creamy stuff that rolls down my throat!!!

FOOD--naturally a must to continue with living--when we go out with friends)for dinner) nobody even says *YUM* as they eat--

Wishing all a good day----

Barbara,

Thank you for the reminder that those of us who can smell can still enjoy the taste of the limited items we can eat. I wish there were something that could be done to bring your sense of smell back again.

I wish you could enjoy the blessing of Taste and Smell again, Barb. Most people probably don't think much about those things until they are gone. I know you lost your some time ago but I still hope and pray that it is temporary.

Thanks for reminding us.

You aren't alone- I haven't totally lost my sense of taste and smell but they are very dulled. I agree that it makes eating no fun.
