My latest "safe" food list is similar to yours except for the: nuts, mushrooms, salsa, and tomatoes.
It goes as follows but is always subject to change & my "avoid" list is lengthier.

Safe foods
Rice cakes
Gluten free white rice
GF Pasta
Rice Noodles
Tomato Sauce(not pasta sauce)
GF bread(made in bread maker)
GF Chex cereal
Potatoes, no skin
Carrots, well cooked
Canned French green beans
Yams/Sweet Potatoes (everything sans skins)
Turnips, Parsnips
Spaghetti Squash
Butternut Squash
Zucchini
Beets
Pumpkin
Avocado
Canned Salmon w/bones
Applesause
Banana
Mango
*Papaya (aids digestion)
Fish
Eggs
Chicken
Lean Beef
*Turmeric
Coconut Milk
Honey & Agave Sweetener
Rice Pudding
Hard Cheese (parmesan)

Beverages:
Carrot Juice
Ginger & flat ginger ale
Peppermint tea
Grape Juice, diluted w/no sugar

Cory- Yours too, I missed it somehow. Do you eat the papaya fresh or in tablet form? It sure has an awful smell.

Hi Deb,
I eat the papaya in dried fruit form from the bulk bins at the grocery store.
