I NEVER ate McDonald's..

Post by Lesley »

I always found it inedible.
But, after watching this, although I know it, I will redouble my efforts to ONLY eat the best possible food, and to persuade my family to do the same.

I wanted to puke when I saw that news. Thankfully, I rarely had McDonalds growing up. My mother considered it pure evil.

Wow- that is disgusting. McDonalds was always a treat when I was younger. I read an article about what's in a chicken nugget and that was another gross moment that made me think twice about fast food back when I could eat it. I'll have to save this for my 16 year old to read.

Trouble with kids is they believe nothing will ever happen to them. And giving up junk to them is like giving up gluten, and everything else for us.

It's really scary!

That is seriously horrible. Do the grocery stores put pink goo in our meat too?

I knew fast food restaurants were bad - BUT didn't know they did things like this to the foods. YUK!!

Thanks for posting this, Lesley.

Those of you for whom this is news really need to see Food Inc. That movie will shock the pants off you. It's on Netflix and YouTube.
I was horrified at the detailed description of the hamburgers but that's going into the "red meat" so to speak of one particular junk food.

After seeing the movie I know what they do to our food, which is why I am trying to eat only the best now. It's expensive, but it's worth it! My cholestrol has dropped 50 points since I am eating grass fed meat.

YW Paula.
