Sounds like he is doing pretty darn well and I'm happy for him (and you). I guess I try to let him eat whatever he wants as long as it's GF until he gets established into it. Maybe he will begin to feel better and realize it's something he needs to do. He could work on the calorie thing later if he needs to. Good Luck.
