new blog address

Post by harma »

hi everyone, of course only for those who are interested in it (the rest forget about it of course) I have a new blog address harma-margrieta-hingstman.com

quite cool to have my own harma-margrieta-hingstman internet address

I just (re)started it, I have decided to write about the physical and spiritual journey from the Netherlands to Jordan, where themes as living a live dream, doing a life job, listen to the inner voice, knowing without knowing etc are the current themes.

My last blog post is about how an early childhood memory was already guiding me the way to the middle east.

well maybe for some a bit too woolly and floating in the air, but anyone interested you are welcome to read and of course leave a comment if you want to.

one of the reasons I started this blog is that so often I read those books and blogs about people that have seen the light (I think I have seen the light to lately) and their whole life is one big halleluja. Never you read about the struggle, the down days, taking a wrong direction (and not understanding why), feeling totally lost etc. On my journey I experience not only good positive things, but also struggle, not understanding why etc, especially also that is something I want to share.

well that it.

Dear Harma,

For those of us not living one big halleluja (and that's most people!), it's nice to hear about the struggles and down days as well as the successes and joyful days. You know that those halleluja people have down days too, they're just not writing about them. I can definitely relate better to writers who give a balanced picture of what life is like. There are good days and bad days; there are joys and sorrows.

It's really cool to be able to look back at your life and see how things in the past have led you to where you are today, even things in childhood.

Love,
Martha

Hi Harma, thanks for the update. It's great that you are sharing your journey with us. I find reading your posts so encouraging as I am hopefully soon moving far away, albeit to a country that speaks english (sort of)

When I use the address you provided it does ask for a username and password...is there a username to be able to read the blog?

hi Joe, no that should not be needed, but I have been fiddling around with the settings, probably did something wrong, will check it.
