I love hummus but my personal experience with it has not been good. I've tried to add it twice but as it is a legume (chickpeas) it has caused me some degree of gas.

I don't have a problem with it, but I avoid the real spicy ones.

I did eat is so now and than, as an experiment. Because I love houmous. But every time it did not work very well with me. It is a legume and any legume still seems a NO for me.

Pity isn't it?

Thanks everyone! I think I'll maybe wait about 5 months to test the waters so to speak. Plus when I get the Enterolab testing that should help.
